Refund policy

All personalized items are non returnable.  Non-personalized items are accepted within 14 days of the purchase for a STORE CREDIT only.  Return packages must be post marked by the 7 day allowance.  Any item returned more than 7 days after receipt will only receive partial store credit if the item has since been marked down.   Sale items (if applicable) only regular price items maybe returned for Store Credit or exchange.  Sale items are final sale and can not be returned for store credit or exchanged for other items.
