Shipping policy

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  You will be responsible for your own cost of the shipping for returns.  Shipping cost are non refundable.  We can not guarantee we will receive your return item.  If you would like a pre paid return label, email us at designalatteinfo@gmail.com to request one.  The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit.  To return your product, you should mail your item to: Design A Latte Monograms at 3363 Severn Ave Suite 9, Metairie, LA 70002 - 504-302-2228.
